Building Trust With Families — One Child at a Time

My journey in education began as a teacher in my home country. When I moved to Canada in 1996, I found myself drawn back to working with children. I began my path as an Early Childhood Educator.

Over time, I completed my Infant Toddler and Special Needs certifications and naturally stepped into mentoring roles—supporting others who share the same passion for children. This mentoring stretched into teaching the ECE program at private post-secondary institutions.

While pursuing my degree in Early Childhood Education, I was introduced to a whole new way of working with children—the Reggio Emilia philosophy. It completely shifted how I viewed children's learning and inspired me to deepen my practice.

With teaching, mentoring and the extensive, rich experience of working hands on with children, came the thirst to be a part of a start-up. A home where I could utilize all those learning experiences while creating new relations. That journey eventually led me to B Kids, where I’m proud to combine my leadership experience, love for learning, and a desire to make a meaningful impact on children, families, and educators.

Mahvash’s path spans ECE instructor, practicum coordinator, and centre leadership. As Director at B Kids Langley, she guides a passionate team and fosters a warm, high-quality environment where children, families, and educators thrive together.

My name is Laura. I am a licensed Early Childhood Educator and I studied at Sprott Shaw College. I have three years of experience working with children from 1 to 10 years old. I am very happy to join B Kids Daycare and to contribute my knowledge and experience while also learning and growing together with the children.

My teaching philosophy values children’s independence and their natural ability to learn through exploration and creativity. I believe that children learn best when they feel happy, safe, and free to express themselves in many ways, through art, music, dance, play, and building. As an educator, my goal is to create a nurturing and positive environment where every child feels supported to develop curiosity, confidence, and social-emotional skills through meaningful experiences.

With an ECE diploma specialized in Infant-Toddler care—and current First Aid/CPR and Food Safety—Sulekha supports children’s early growth through calm routines, attentive care, and play-based learning that helps them learn and thrive.

Blending healthcare and education, So Yeon designs engaging experiences that support each child’s social-emotional and cognitive growth—making every day safe, meaningful, and fun.

Mansoureh loves children’s creativity and celebrates their small wins. With warmth and calm guidance, she helps little learners feel secure, curious, and ready to try new things.

With experience in Korea and Canada, Lily blends structure and warmth. She partners closely with families and crafts engaging routines that help children grow with joy.

A CDI College ECE graduate, Mojgan creates calm, consistent routines and hands-on activities that encourage curiosity, independence, and friendship every day.

With practical daycare experience, Sahereh supports learning through play, gentle guidance, and positive peer interactions—helping each child feel seen and supported.
