Yes—bring the food, cake, and theme you like. Please label allergens and avoid pins, glitter, and confetti; tape and freestanding décor are fine. We provide the room, tables, and seating; you bring plates, napkins, and cutlery to match your theme.
You’re celebrating in a licensed daycare space designed for little ones. Parents/guardians must stay onsite and supervise their children, especially in soft-play and outdoor areas. Socks are recommended in soft-play; outdoor access depends on weather and ground conditions.
Often yes, if the schedule and room capacity allow. Ask during booking so we can plan staffing and setup. Extra time and additional guests may have a fee; we’ll confirm options and limits before you pay the deposi
All payments are non‑refundable. Clients may reschedule once up to 14 days prior to the event date (subject to availability) within 12 months of the original booking.
No rescheduling within 14 days. Refunds will not be issued for no‑shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
